Thierry Henry Warns Barcelona: Bayern Munich Are Still Dangerous

Barcelona left their Champions League quarter-final opponents, Bayern Munich, shell-shocked last night when they cruised to a sensational 4-0 lead after just 43 minutes at the Camp Nou in the first leg.Thierry Henry netted the team’s fourth goal just two minutes before the break after having set up Lionel Messi for the third five minutes earlier. But the French forward refused to get carried away with the second leg still to come in Munich.“I believe that we did what we needed to do in the first half. We tried to look for more goals in the second half, but we could not find any,” he said during the post-match banter.“This Bayern side are still dangerous and they have the quality to do exactly what we did tonight. We must go there [Allianz Arena] with caution,” added ‘Titi’.The 31-year-old urged the team not to drop their guard in the second leg to avoid an embarrassing collapse.“What we want is to give everything when we’re out on the field, although if we were to lose, it would appear as though we did not make an effort.“It is necessary to remember the quarter-final clash between Milan and Deportivo La Coruna a few years back. We must always be prepared to give our best on the pitch and that is the most important thing,” he concluded.Back in 2006, Deportivo stunned Milan when they came back from 4-1 down to win 4-0 in the second leg at the Riazor. That night, Depor scored three of their four goals inside the opening 43 minutes.
